Never Regret!

The greatest risk in life is not taking one. Yes, the past can hurt but the way I see it you can either run from it or learn from it. Take chances... alot of them. Because honestly, no matter where you end up- and with who, it always ends up just the way it should be. Your mistakes make you who you are... you learn and grow with each choice you make. Everything is worth it. Be you, and be okay with it. It doesn't matter what any other person thinks.

Never regret anything that has happened in your life, it cannot be changed, undone or forgotten so take it as a lesson learned and move on.The trouble with so many of us is that we underestimate the power of simplicity. We have a tendency it seems to over complicate our lives and forget what's important and what's not. We tend to mistake movement for achievement. We tend to focus on activities instead of results. And as the pace of life continues to race along in the outside world, we forget that we have the power to control our lives regardless of what's going on outside.

If you spend your life regretting things in the past, before you know it... you will have wasted your life on regret! Not a good deal at all !

If there is something in life that you are not experiencing and you would really like to, then the only way to get yourself from here to there is to take some kind of action. Even if you start small, by doing something everyday to reach your intended goal, it will eventually snowball into actions that result in experiencing the pleasures you desire.
Sometimes we need to stop analyzing the past, stop planning the future, stop figuring out precisely  how we feel, stop deciding with our minds exactly  what we want our hearts to feel, sometimes we  just have to go with the flow and just enjoy life. You know, things happen to you, and sometimes you don't realize why it happened until much later. But eventually it all makes sense and later

I never regret anything that has happened to me in my life, wether it is making a bad choice, deciding to do something I shouldnt have, saying the wrong thing or not doing something I should have done... because all of these things have given me the knowledge I have today and helped make me who I am today... and that is one thing I will never regret.

Self-Inquiry

As far as i have learned about self-inquiry, it is to discover our self in true sense of realization. Eliminating all the wrong perceptions of oneself, over or under estimations! Clearing your mind with every single thought that may lead to wrong opinion about oneself is the actual essence of self-inquiry. You get to know about the deepest core of your heart.
It is a complete process, an exercise to build better inner to live a better life ultimately, it consists of simple looking question as to

who am i ? where am i going? what do i want? and what is my purpose of being ?
All these perplexed questions are actually hard to find but once you did, you can answer anything in the world !

"Self-inquiry must be done continuously. It doesn't work if you regard it as a part-time activity. "

The greatest of all inquiries indeed. And most powerful as well.

Self Efficacy - What do you think of yourself?

It is about the perceived beliefs of people about their potentials to perform to their desired levels that effects their lives. Self-efficacy is that how people feel, think, motivate themselves and behave. Such beliefs produce several diversr effects.

A strong or a positve sense of efficacy boost actualizationt and personal well-being in many ways. People with high confidence in their selves and in their capabilities approach difficult tasks as challenges to be mastered and learned rather than as threats to be avoided. Such an efficacious outlook fosters intrinsic interest and deep interest in activities. They set themselves challenging targets and maintain strong commitment to them. They heighten and sustain their efforts in the face of fiascos. They quickly recover their sense of efficacy after failures or setbacks. They attribute failure to lack of effort or insufficient knowledge and skills which are acquirable. They approach threatening situations with assurance that they can exercise control over them. Such an efficacious outlook produces personal accomplishments, reduces stress and lowers vulnerability to depression. In short they stay positive no matter what the situation is!

In contrast, people who doubt their capabilities run away from difficult tasks or show hesitations and build premonitions which they view as personal threats. They have low aspirations and weak commitment to the goals they choose to pursue. They lack confidence. When faced with difficult tasks, they dwell on their personal incompetancies, on the obstacles they will encounter, and all kinds of adverse outcomes rather than concentrate on how to perform successfully. They slow their efforts and give up quickly in the face of difficulties. Also, they are slow to recover their sense of efficacy following failure or setbacks. Because they view insufficient performance as deficient aptitude it does not require much failure for them to lose faith in their capabilities. They are the victims f depression.

I think this is point in our personalities that has to be dealt accordingly or gradually. There may be steps, procedures or therapies to overcome this obstacle, but i think self-motivation is the best way to fight this cause the best mentor is our ownself! i am doing this...i am feeling already better :) and i think i am privilaged enough to be able to identify my weakness and fight them back!

Use Your Emotional Intelligence

"As human beings we all want to be happy and free from misery... we have learned that the key to happiness is inner peace. The greatest obstacles to inner peace are disturbing emotions such as anger, attachment, fear and suspicion, while love and compassion and a sense of universal responsibility are the sources of peace and happiness."

Emotional intelligence or  EI refers to the characteristics to perceive, control and evaluate emotions. Some researchers suggest that emotional intelligence can be learned and strengthened, while others claim it as an inborn talent.
It is perhaps the strongest of all abilities a person is gifted. It can be used to not only identify and learn through your observations, but also to make and build stronger relationships.
First, you have to perceive the emotions rightly, understaing non-verbal cues and mood swings all involve perceing the emotions of either oneself or other. Then you have to understand its reasons that what might be causing certain emotions or actions. It is i think the most crucial of all setps as to identify the reason makes the bases of your reactions towards that emotional situation. You have to then manage and look after emotions to stay in the right and positive directions to yield positive outcomes through all this excercise!

I have pondered over these facts and my observations and i have to know that priorily I’ve to strengthened my connection to myself, my body, my life, my world, and you. Then only this intelligence will create its effects! :)

With all these in place, your victory is inevitable, sure and perfected. Bear in mind that the story isn't complete until you win.

Attitudes are contagious. Are yours worth catching?

If you don't think every day is a good day, just try missing one!

Your attitude is very influential in just about everything you do yet we all tend to occasionally overlook this! For the most part people with a positive outlook seem to be more productive and as a result happier as well. Typically when possessing the proper mindset, any set of tasks or goals we undertake are completed with much better results!
I have closely observed attitudes of person according to situations and according to persons as well. And so far i have fathomed the idea that If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change the way you think about it. You just have to change the attitude, your inner being and vision to loko at the things and circumstances, i am sure if you WANT to see positive , you will extract from the worst of situations! and i believe this is the only way to live lively and with all potetials in this world. As my only concept above all which always and everywhere present that; just to live in this mortal world with all its mortalities except your deeds which you will eventually take with you. Just concentrate more and more on this statement, tranquility and serenity will come to you.

The responsibility lies on YOU to discover what you can do to initiate the good changes you want! These may involve you as a person or your environment in terms of where these changes are being applied. In either case you as an individual must assure how exactly you can make things better than they are. Identifying the areas you need to ponder on and the actions you need to take to help you flourish and improve as a human being.

Rightlysaid by Winston Churchill, "Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.  "
